Sometimes it’s not quite right and we understand.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges will be accepted within 90 days of purchase. To return an item, please send us an email sales@bimmerspares.com.au stating the purchase date, and reason for return and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Please note:

• Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

• Products must be unused and returned in the condition in which they were sent.

• Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.

• Email us to get our return address. Make sure to send it securely with tracking in case it gets lost in transit.

• Please include your name and phone number in the package so we can quickly identify the return.

• Local drop off is not available.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• A 15% restocking fee applies to cover the handling of parts when they have been sent out and need to be restocked into our system and prepared for resale. The restocking fee applies for the following circumstances: items purchased incorrectly or by mistake, a different part number requirement to what we had listed, change of mind or part no longer needed. Alternatively, we can offer a full credit if you would like to exchange.
